San Carlos - Ranch Restoration

A small home was purchased by a young couple with two small children. They needed two additional bedrooms, a master suite, and full upgrade to the kitchen and baths. The flat 8 foot ceilings were converted to high cathedrals with skylights. A back deck was added. A full exterior upgrade kept the old charm while integrating modern elements such as black framed windows and a pop of color at the entry.
