This new home on a cul-de-sac in Palo Alto, was designed for a group of international investors who wished to break into the thriving Silicon Valley housing market. My focus was to make a custom home with all the amenities attractive to buyers while also keeping budget and profitability in mind for my clients. The home sold in 2017.
