Jennifer Lee, Assoc. AIA, is an award-winning and published residential designer with over 25 years of experience in the architecture and design industry. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Oregon and is the Principal Owner of Bay Shore Residential Design, a boutique firm she founded in San Francisco in 2003 and now operates from downtown Palo Alto.


Jennifer specializes in custom new homes and renovations with a refined "warm-modern" aesthetic. Her work has been featured in Luxe Magazine, reflecting her commitment to thoughtful design and exceptional craftsmanship. Prior to launching her firm, she served as a designer and project manager at architecture firms in Oregon and California.


A Certified Green Building Professional and Associate Member of the American Institute of Architects, Jennifer provides comprehensive services from schematic design through permitting, including interior design. Known for her strong communication skills and collaborative approach, she creates a design process that is both engaging and rewarding, delivering homes that are as functional as they are beautiful.
